the rate of the 'complex design' charge will be decided by me when i receive your request. if you want to avoid it just tell me you would like me to simplify the design!
you will be able to give feedback/discuss changes during the sketch phase and (if purchased) the flat coloring phase. i will not be making major changes to the commission outside of these points in the process
i will collect half payment when i accept the commission and collect the rest when the commission is completed.
no refunds, except in cases where i can't complete the commmission!
